Bring the flavours of Mexico to your kitchen with our Mexican Cooking Class at Colchester Ridge Estate Winery! Hosted by Chef Vanessa, this demonstration-style class explores a delicious selection of Mexican-inspired favourites, from fresh guacamole and roasted tomatillo salsa to chili lime shrimp tacos and carne asada tacos.
Finish on a sweet note with Mexican hot chocolate pie while discovering new flavours and culinary techniques in a welcoming winery setting.
Each ticket includes one 5 oz glass of wine, with HST and gratuity included. With just 10 guests per class, it’s an intimate opportunity to enjoy great food, wine and cooking inspiration.
