Under Chef Vanessa’s guidance you’ll learn to shuck your own oysters, mix classic and inventive sauces, and taste several oyster varieties—all paired with a sparkling cocktail and pours of each CREW bubbly. The class fee includes a shucker knife and cut-resistant glove to take home.
